IMPORTANT Client Information:
FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT
What you MUST to bring with you before we can give you food:
•
Current Driver’s Licence or picture ID
for anyone in
the household 17 and up.
• Social Security
cards for everyone in the household. • Proof of current
residence (if your driver’s
license does not have the same address
as on your application) – this can be a
utility bill in your name. • Proof of income – if
you draw Social Security or Disability,
we need the Letter of Eligibility sent at
the beginning of each year that shows
your award amount for the year. If
you are employed we need to copy your
last two paycheck stubs. • If you are living with a relative or
friend, we need all of the above for
them. • Your paperwork must
be completely filled out and
up-to-date.
We give qualifying clients food
1 time each month (a FULL 30 days!). We share our
information with the other two food banks (Manna House and Basic
Food Pantry). If we find you are going to either of them
for food, you will no longer be allowed to come here for
food.
You will be
given a white punch card to make processing easier in the
future. Please bring it with you each
month.
Each year
you will be REQUIRED to fill out new paperwork.
